Browser notes we leave
gainifymax writes small notes into your browser, through cookies or local storage. Exactly one is essential; the others wait for permission.
Three kinds
| Kind | Job | Starting state | Lifespan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Stores your answer to the cookie panel; lets pages load | Locked on | One year |
| Analytics | Totals of visits and opened cards | Off unless switched on | Maximum 26 months |
| Advertising / affiliate | Credits gainifymax with a reservation that a partner tracks | Off unless switched on; held off under GPC | Chosen by each partner |
Second thoughts
Tap , a button repeated at the foot of each page, move the switches and keep the settings. Wiping gainifymax data from your browser does the same job, and the consent panel then reappears.
When GPC is on
Browsers transmitting Global Privacy Control get advertising and affiliate notes blocked on gainifymax, no matter how the switch is set.
