Reading and sharing

Read these cards and pass them to travel companions as much as you like. Copying them in bulk, passing them off as your writing, or disrupting the site's running is not allowed.

Who may use gainifymax

You should be at least 18 to use gainifymax, and at least 21 in places whose laws set that higher threshold for resorts of this kind.

Cards describe, they do not advise

Every card sums up rooms and leisure facilities as we understood them at the last re-inking. Treat cards as background reading, never as a sales offer or expert counsel; rates, availability, ages and rules belong to the hotel to confirm.

Publisher's links to two cards

Mohegan, our publisher, owns Mohegan Sun and files it first for exactly that reason. It operates Fallsview Casino Resort as well, and files it second for that reason. Cards three to ten reflect editorial judgement. Outbound buttons can earn referral commissions, as the affiliate disclosure explains.

Outside businesses

We answer for none of the hotels, booking platforms or other websites our buttons reach. If a nightly price rises, a resort fee appears, a deposit grows or cancellation terms tighten, take it up with them; your stay is contracted with the hotel or platform.

Who owns what

Copy, layout, the index-card emblem and the lettered monogram squares remain Mohegan's. Hotel names stay the trademarks of their holders and are printed purely so you know which resort a card means. None of our monogram squares reproduces any hotel's real logo.

Boundaries of the drawer

Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling.

Mohegan Sun and Fallsview fall under that same boundary as cards three to ten.

Limits on liability

So far as law permits, we accept no liability for losses caused by relying on gainifymax or by the site being offline. Non-waivable consumer rights stay untouched.

Governing law

Connecticut, home state of our publisher, supplies the governing law for these terms, plus any federal US law that applies. Disputes belong before Connecticut courts, except where your own consumer protections entitle you to a hometown forum.
